Our lodging is in the condition the defense left it. There is room for up to 25 people in five rooms of different sizes — from single rooms to dormitories for 14. Submarine Museum
HMS Spiggen II — Sweden's only domestically built mini-submarine. 11 meters long, used for submarine-hunt exercises during the Cold War. The crew consisted of two pilots and one to two combat divers; displacement 12 tons.

Opening hours
The Submarine Museum keeps the same hours as the fortress — open 11:00 to 16:00 during the season. No fixed guide times; admission can be paid at any point during opening hours.

The Summer Cottage Cannon
Right next to the Submarine Museum stands the Summer Cottage Cannon — a coastal gun camouflaged during the Cold War as an ordinary summer cottage by the shore. A classic Swedish coastal-defense trick with a wink of humor.

Morjärv — The Redoubt & Anti-Aircraft Tower
In Morjärv the Siknäsfortet Foundation maintains two military-historical sites that together span more than a century of Swedish defence. Both can be visited, but only by pre-booking and only for groups of at least 8 people.

The Redoubt — the rifle gallery
The redoubt ("Skansen") was built between 1915 and 1918 and is also known as the rifle gallery (gevärsgalleri). It is one of Norrbotten's oldest preserved fortifications and a witness to the readiness around the First World War.

The Anti-Aircraft Tower
The Luftvärnstornet was raised in 1940 during the wartime readiness of the Second World War. Mounted on top is a 40 mm Bofors anti-aircraft gun — the iconic Swedish AA piece of the era.
